Goalie & Player Youth Development Camp - Birth Years 2003-2012

June 1-4, 2020

Hosted at Foothills Ice Arena, 2250 S Kipling St, Lakewood, CO 80227. Check in will take place Monday, June 1 from 8-8:30 AM. Camp will start with first on-ice session at 9AM and should conclude around 3 PM.

Details and Logistics

All Youth & HS Development Camps Include

  • 12 Hours On-Ice Technique Instruction

  • Daily Dryland & Athleticism-Building Workouts/Training

  • Daily Vision Performance Training

  • Daily Mental Strength and Mindset Training

  • NHL Video Analysis and Classroom Sessions

  • Individual Video Analysis of film from On-Ice sessions at camp

 

  • Plus FREE 2-month subscription to UnLock Goaltending's summer program. We want to help train and coach you throughout the year, not just the summertime. So enjoy two months of training included with camp!

 

What should I bring to camp?

  • All of your goalie equipment. We cannot provide this.

  • Athletic wear and shoes (shirt, shorts/sweats)

  • Water Bottle

  • Lunch (we'll have time dedicated to lunch, please bring your own)

  • Any other extra snacks you'll want throughout the day

  • Required or emergency medication can be given to instructors for safe keeping and in case of need. 

 

Camp Schedule & Outline

  • You can expect 9 AM - 3 PM ish. Start and end times should remain about the same, but the schedule throughout the day is subject to change.

  • Check-in for camp will begin at about 8 AM each day. On Monday the 1st, please make sure you arrive early for first-day check-in.

  • We will provide your goalie with a camp jersey for them to keep!

  • A more detailed schedule and camp-specific information will be emailed out in the weeks preceding camp.

I love coming back to Lakewood for our annual camp in Denver. For me, coming home is special, and especially because many of the goalies and players we see during this week I've known for many years. It's fun for me to see how kids grow and change and develop from year to year. 

I look forward to having you at camp!
